Q: I am a handy person and am planning to be an owner-builder can I erect the frames myself?
A: Yes. All the frames and trusses are clearly labelled. Clear drawings are supplied with each job showing exactly where each frame goes. If you can use an electric drill as a screw driver you will have no problems. The frames are light in weight (about half the weight of equivalent timber ones) and very easily handled.

Q: If I have a steel framed house do I have to change my design? Will my house look different to a timber framed one?
A: No you have complete flexibility of design, and Yes! In 14 years now we have always been able to produce frames for every design asked for. Yes, your house will be different because it will look better. The floors walls ceilings and roofs will have no sags or waves in them, because steel does not shrink or warp. There is no nail popping in plasterboard walls and no problems caused by floor joist shrinkage so doors and windows remain working the same as when first installed.
