Meet the Team
David has over 20 years' experience in project finance and property investment. He holds a master's degree in Management Science and Engineering from Beijing Industrial University and a master's degree in Business Management in University of Wollongong. He joined Beijing Vantone Industrial Co., Ltd. in 1995 and served as financial manager, CFO, CIO and MD of asset management. He participated in launching Vantone's trust fund and their first private industrial real estate fund. He lead and managed Vantone's overseas investment operations in the United States, Australia and Taiwan.
Yuwei Joyce Yang Co-founder Managing Director
Joyce has extensive experience in Australia financial services, trust management, and mortgage banking, with an emphasis on business strategy planning analysis, and investment fund management. She holds a master's degree in Professional Accounting from University of Wollongong. Ms. Yang has been a member of CPA Australia since 2007, CGMA (2017) and ACAA (2016). Joyce joined Wizard Home Loans in 2001 and joined GE Capital three years later. She then moved on with PEPPER Group, one of the largest non-financial institutions in Australia, as Pepper acquired GE Capital's home lending portfolio in 2012. Joyce started AMBF in 2017 with David Ye Zhu together.
